Terms and conditions for sales: Placing an order: After submitting your order, you will get an automated confirmation via email to confirm that an order has been placed. Please note that this is just an acknowledgment that we have received your order and it is not an acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Non acceptance of an order could be as a result of the product being out of stock, inability to obtain payment, an error with the product info/price or suspicion of fraudulent activity. once the order has been accepted, A shipping confirmation will be sent via email, this is to be considered our acceptance of the order. You are only allowed to purchase products on the website as a consumer, i.e., not a business customer.

About the products: We reserve the right to make any typographical errors. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the product as some difference in colour may occur, depending on that kind of monitor you are on, the quality of the photo and/or resolution. We do however, always try our best to show the products as accurately as we possibly can.

About prices and payment: We reserve the right to claim that prices have been misprinted on our website. All prices are stated inclusive of Swedish VAT and other Swedish charges. The applicable price is the one stated on the website in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing the order. We reserve the right to amend prices, fees and/or other costs stated on the website at any time e.g., due to changes in VAT-rates or other public fees and charges, increase in cost level, or as a result of the usual development in retail prices in Sweden. Our payment provider is Stripe.

About deliveries and cancellatioN; The usual time of delivery is 5-10 business days. shipping is included and item(s) will be delivered to your home adress. If your order is delivered to a pick-up point (in case no one is home at the time of delivery), and you fail to retrieve the package in time, we reserve the right to take out a fee to cover any additional costs and cost of original shipping. We cooperate with PostNord.

About withdrawal and returns: You have the right to withdraw your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s), provided that the item(s) returned is in the same condition as when you received it, with labels intact. If this demand is not met, you may not be eligible for a return or you may not be paid back in full. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the return package.
